1. 復(fù)議需要向你報(bào)名考試的考試中心提出申請(qǐng)。需要寫封申請(qǐng)信，你的成績(jī)單和復(fù)議費(fèi)。你可以要求四部份全部復(fù)議，也可以只要求單項(xiàng)。我是在澳洲考試的，這兒的費(fèi)用是:L and R 15 AU$ each, W and S 40 AU$ each.

2. 復(fù)議歷時(shí)1個(gè)月左右。

3. 復(fù)議成績(jī)不會(huì)降低。如果復(fù)議成績(jī)比原來(lái)的低，考試中心還會(huì)給你原來(lái)成績(jī)。

4. 復(fù)議是終審裁決，不能再要求復(fù)議。

我覺(jué)得復(fù)議對(duì)作文和口語(yǔ)有用。聽(tīng)力和閱讀為客觀題，因此用處不大。作文和口語(yǔ)得分和閱卷人主觀因素有很大關(guān)系。作文和口語(yǔ)沒(méi)有半分，如果你得分在5和6之間，有人可能給你5，換個(gè)判官就可能給你6。復(fù)議的判官和原來(lái)的不同，因此你很有機(jī)會(huì)提高分?jǐn)?shù)。為了提高分?jǐn)?shù)，可以在申請(qǐng)信里下點(diǎn)功夫。我也不知道我的申請(qǐng)信是不是好，起不起作用，我把它附在下面給大家作個(gè)參考吧。

Dear Sir,

My name is XXX. I took part in the IELTS test on 25th May in your cenetr for the purpose of immigration. 0227 is my candidate number. I am writting to apply for the reassessment of my test results.

As a pre-requisites of profession assessment, I need to take a IELTS test and reach at least level 6 on all four components. However, my writting is only at level 5. I have been in Australia for one year and have published several papers in English. I think my English writting should have reached at level 6. My poor score of writting maybe is due to my poor handwritting on the test paper. I will have lots of trouble if I wait for three month for the next test. Therefore, I want my writing part to be remarked. Enclosed are my original test results and payment for this application.
